Order A Pilot

Arrivals require a six (6) hour notice. Departures and Shifts require a four (4) hour notice.

• From LocationTo Location

• Order Time

• Deep Fresh Water Draft if arriving or Deep Draft if sailing

• Air Draft

• Any special docking requests (normal, safe operations will have the vessel turned in the ballasted condition.)

• Any known deficiencies or Letters of Deviation

 

Cancellation without penalty must be done four (4) hours before in-bounding a vessel or two (2) hours before departure or shifting a vessel.
