What it means to be a part of our team

Since 1881, the Sabine Pilots have served as the guardians of one of the most strategically vital waterways in the United States, growing from a small group of skilled mariners into a team of more than 40 state-commissioned, federally licensed harbor pilots. Today, joining our team means stepping into a career defined by legacy, purpose, and world-class seamanship, with opportunities for licensed mariners, marine operators, and business professionals alike.
